In the mornings, you can go up to the roof to enjoy the sun rising over the Cascades to the east. In the afternoons, watch the sun set over Lake Union, Queen Anne, and Olympics to the west. Welcome to our home! The lease shall last either: 1) An agreed upon duration, with rent due on a monthly basis; 2) a month-to-month basis. Tenants and their possessions are expected to have moved out of the home by the end of their last day of lease as well as have left the home in clean, working order. The Owner will pay for water, HOA, and garbage utilities. The Tenant is responsible for cost of gas and electric utilities. No smoking of any kind inside the home, rooftop, or shared community areas. Tenants are expected to be respectful of neighboring townhomes and mindful of excessive noise. Owner ensures that home and appliances are in good working order prior to the lease. Tenant is not responsible for repairs related to normal wear and tear of home and appliances, but may be held responsible for preventable damage. The home does not have private parking. As such, tenants are expected to plan on using street parking as needed.
