2012 16x80 Palm Harbor single wide trailer. Covered front porch and back deck stay with the home. Home has 8.5 ft (flat) ceilings with 2x6 walls. Home has full sheetrock throughout (even the wet areas ie: kitchen and baths). Large master bedroom but master bath is not a “glamour” bath, it is a standard bath room (a little bigger than guest bath but not much). Kitchen remodel was started recently but we are unable to finish due to our out of state move. We also purchased brand new flooring for both bathrooms, the hallway, the living room, the kitchen, the dining room and the laundry room. If you’d like to purchase the same flooring for the 3 bedroom see Rebecca Davis at Foret Flooring in Moss Bluff. Land is not included with the purchase of this home. You can either move the mobile or keep it on the lot and pay lot rent. Has views of the calcasieu river. Like I said we were in the middle of remodeling so there are things that still need to be done but the value of the trailer will go up because of the new layout of the kitchen. Two years ago the house was appraised at $50,000 but that was before the remodel. The kitchen has new wood cabinets except around the stove we did not get the time to finish those.
