Perfect place for a family with kids as there is a family with two children in the upstairs unit, as well as a family with two children in the cottage behind the main house. We've really enjoyed the community we've created, watching the children learn and play together, and are hoping to find someone who will work well with our current dynamic. There is a lot of shared outdoor space, including a front deck, large backyard, separate bike storage, shared gardens. There is plenty of street parking.
