This apartment is located on the second floor with a great balcony view. The neighbors are quiet and very respectful. The apartment is still pretty much brand-new; we were the first to move in to it. Both bedrooms have walk in closets. There is a walk in laundry room. There are many amenities to living here. Being located across from the Avenues of Viera you have shops and restaurants within walking distance. Once a month the complex will throw a get together for all the residents. We have lived in a few apartment complexes and this is the first one that we have actually enjoyed greatly. We have bought a house and need to move out. Our lease is up Setptmber 26th. You may renew when lease is up and get it at the price we pay instead of the market value. The rent for the month of July is already paid for. And can be move in ready when you need it.
