Larger than it looks cape cod with a great layout! Fixer-Upper! Needs kitchen, bathrooms, basement repairs (leaks when it rains), in-ground pool need new liner and heater. Started a kitchen remodel (new electrical, drywall, 3 new windows, bamboo flooring, custom cabinets) but needs cabinet doors and counter tops. First floor front windows need replacing, the thermopanes are bad. Upper level needs windows and new carpet. First floor bathroom needs total gut due to mold issues. Second floor bathroom is original tile but in better shape. It needs tile replaced around tub due to recent leak. Basement leaks along the west wall when it rains. Might be due to failed moisture barrier but further investigation is needed. The pool also needs some work. There is a small leak from unknown source, it needs a new liner, and the heater had to be removed because it was not repairable. We LOVED the house! It is a money pit but if you have the resources it is a great neighborhood. Since the home is a foreclosure the realtor won't be able to disclose any of the issue to the new buyer which wouldn't be fair. The next owner needs to be fully informed and able to address the issues.
