This home was originally purchased with approx. 1.46 acres. We purchased separately the lot next door to our home which increased our acreages to 3.52 acres. This lot was purchased for $100k. It was an additional amount to the $525k we paid for this home. The total between the house and the additional lot was $625k, not $525k as is listed everywhere online. It shows the total acreages correctly being 3.52 acres, but no accounting has ever been made for the additional lot cost of $100k. In addition, all new appliances were added as well as all new window treatments costing several thousand dollars (approx. $30k) , living repainted for $10k, fencing for $20k and new ceiling fans throughout for about $2,500. We had a water shut off valve and a water loop along with a whole house water treatment system installed for about $3k. We had a whole house surge protector installed, had our guest house grounded (original owners failed to do this) as well as numerous electrical upgrades for about $3,000. New home water heater installed in 2016 and new one to be installed in guesthouse in 2017 for a combined total of approximately $2,000. Patio cover and ceiling fans were added for about $10k.
