If you should consider renting the property, here are some basic details about our renting process. The property rents for $925 per month and requires the deposit of $925 as well as the first month rent of $925 and last month rent of $925 for a total of $2775. We reserve the option of requiring an additional month's rent for high risk renters. We require an application be filled and returned and the application fee will be $75 per adult.
