We have a house on a corner located in Madison Valley. We are 15 minutes to downtown on the 11 or 8 lines - 2 blocks from the Arboretum and a supermarket, and close to Madison Beach and the University of Washington. The Blue House is the upper two floors of the property. There is a completely separate rented apartment downstairs with an entrance on the other side of the house. The lease minimum is 3 months, longer, up to several years is negotiable. We will be traveling for 3 to 6 months starting mid-July or August 2026. We are keeping our things in a locked upstairs closet and in the separate front office. We upgraded all of the appliances in the last few years, and we are moving to all electric.
