$3,100 rent due on the first of each month . $3000 deposit. After the third day of no payment a late notice will be attached to the door. Late payment fee is 30$ each day afterwards. "Notice to Vacate," will be attached to the door following eviction if no payment is made and deposit is forfeited. Partial payments are not acceptable. No cats. Pool cleaning once a week included.
