Winter Rental!! Dos Cuadros (Two Blocks) as we call it is just 2 blocks from the river, Amicas, Natural Grocers, Tres Litros, the post office, and the farmer's market. We would like to rent out one bedroom & one baths of our 3 bedroom/3 bath house for six months (November to April). House is mostly furnished and has a fenced in yard. We plan to keep the other bedrooms with our belongings but WE Will NOT be present while the house is rented for the six month period. Rent will cover water, sewer, trash, recycling, and internet. Tenant will pay gas and electric. No smoking or drugs. 6 month lease is ideal for us.
