Your room is unfurnished but does come with a nice dresser and closet with shelving you can use. Your window overlooks a private fenced backyard and is in the quieter corner of the house. Looking for a responsible, kind roommate (ideally 25+), communicative, loves a tidy shared space, and enjoys a calm home vibe with occasional hangouts. You are coming into a lease that ends on October 1, 2026. You would be agreeing to stay until that date, with the option to renew. Our landlord is great, more hands-off but is handy and quick to help when needed. Rent is $1,950/mo, split between us, and all utilities (heat, electricity, internet, water) come to about $190/mo, split between us. So you can expect to pay about $1,070/mo all in. There is a trash removal fee I think once a year but it's not much. Very affordable place in a highly walkable neighborhood!
