The loft is centrally located in a secure building (the Breco) in downtown Baltimore, an easy walk to Mt. Vernon, Little Italy, Harbor East (Whole Foods), and Johns Hopkins Medical. The Inner Harbor is just 5 mins down the street (you can see a strip of water from the south-facing windows!). One garage parking space in the building is available for an additional $100/month ($1800 w/o parking; $1900 w/ parking). The loft comes fully furnished and equipped. The rent does not include utilities. I am the owner (and thus landlord), and am committed to maintaining the high quality and condition of the space. Add $100/month for garage parking space. Tenant pays utilities (BGE) and WiFi.
