The house has a 2.5 car garage, additional off street driveway parking, central air and a nice yard with room for a garden. The house has a newer high efficiency furnace to keep the energy costs low. The house is located on a quiet dead end street one block away from the bluffs of Lake Michigan. Our previous tenants enjoyed sitting on the front porch drinking coffee while listening to the waves on Lake Michigan. The neighborhood is awesome, but for added comfort we have security cameras installed. Tenants are responsible for all yard work including lawn mowing and snow removal and all utilities. We will allow a small dog on the property with an additional $25/mo, but our insurance will not allow any dogs of a vicious breed such as a pit bull, German shepherd, Rottweiler, etc. You will need to be able to prove a gross income of at least $3,000/mo in order to qualify. Also, we do not rent to people who have been evicted before.
