We have set up systems to allow you to safely tour an apartment while keeping a very safe distance. Please reach out to us if you are ready to tour! Security Deposits and Application Fees The application fee is a non-refundable $30 regardless of acceptance. We ask for a $500 security deposit with approved credit. If you are approved with conditions we may offer a higher security deposit. Utilities Water/wastewater, Gas (heat), wifi, trash and pest control will be billed back each month to each apartment based on the size of the apartment and added to your online account where you may pay rent and submit work orders. Pet Policy We happily welcome your pets! Please consider a $150 non-refundable pet fee upfront, $150 additional security deposit and $25/month pet rent. Lease Terms We offer a variety of lease terms: 9-12 months 6-8 months (short term lease fee will apply at an additional $50/month)
