We're two guys, one girl, and a 5 yr old doodle dog in a quiet neighborhood in a huge house in South Redondo. A 10 minute walk from the Redondo pier, and right between Hermosa Beach and the Riviera Village. In unit washer/dryer. A dedicated garage parking spot, huge gourmet kitchen, private balcony and jacuzzi tub attached to the master plus an amazing rooftop patio and garden, tons of storage, multiple fireplaces, and a pool table. Rent is $1450 plus shared utilities (about $50-$60 a month). There's also a first months deposit, dogs are welcome, must be able to get along with Sal though, unfortunately no cats since one of us is allergic.
