There is a washer/dryer in the house, a garage for storage or shop space and a large fenced backyard. I am a full time student, working on the weekends. I'm clean and quite and looking for a roommate with a similar style. I have a sweet small dog and cat, who are both good with other animals. Pets are allowed on a case by case basis. 6 month lease term. Rent is $750 a month and includes utilities and WiFi. $750 deposit. Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis with additional pet deposit.
