OUR OPINION: We love this building & location. The community surrounding the Graham L has flourished, as many new favorite locales have opened up. Simply stroll down Graham Avenue and check out The Richardson, Mesa Coyocan, Sel de Mar, among other great spots and you will get the idea. The unit is one of the best 1 bedrooms in the building given it's upgrades. The owner very tastefully updated the unit with a 'resoration hardware'-like pendant in the kitchen, new backsplash, updated built-in closets throughout, stone slabs in windowsills, wooden blinds, radent heated floor & more. The Building: Coined The Point, is outstanding, offering up more quality amenities then similar priced buildings. Everything is included.
