Baker beach, and public transportation (Light Rail, #4, #8, #48), minutes to downtown. House has garage, driveway, nice yard, complete with back deck for bbq ing. Large master suite is huge, complete with desk, couch, frig and microwave. The master bathroom has Jack and Jill sinks, clawfoot tub and separate shower, with both rain and regular mounted shower heads. The main floor has living room with grand piano, separate full dining room and kitchen with island and stools, full size frig and dishwasher. The two main floor bedrooms have closets and two full size windows. A full size bath is situated between the two bedrooms. This house is built in the 1940's. The fireplace has original tiles. It has character and we are looking for a group of people/family who will take care of the place. Non smoking, ideally no pets (but if you have that is okay too). The backyard is fully fenced. In sunny months, $75 is added monthly for lawn care. That can be negotiated if you like to do lawn care. The house is furnished, but if you prefer unfurnished we can make that happen as well. We are willing to consider a short or longer lease too. We are looking for someone/family to rent our Craftsman's home. It has a lot of charm. Our ideal terms would be for a year or two, but we are flexible. If someone or group of people wanted it just for 6 to 8 months, we are opened to that too.
