It has all the storage you need. Plus, you get a garage to park your car and to store some bigger items. It's a first floor corner unit. The neighbors are quiet. (Being on the first floor is great if you have kids by the way - no more yelling at them to stop running around! There is no downstairs neighbor to get upset at you!). Also, the landlord is great. If you ever have a problem she will deal with it right away. No hassle. We loved living here and are only leaving because we bought a house. We want to pass this great place on to you! Move-in date is flexible. We can discuss what will work for you! Owner pays heat and water. You pay electricity and cooking gas - usually $35 a month (a little more in the summer if you are using the A/C a lot.
