There are two outdoor, uncovered tandem parking spaces included in the rent. The unit also features a private deck off the back. Water and garbage are included in the monthly rent. Tenants are responsible for gas, electric, cable, and internet. Laundry is located in the unit. Please make sure all decision makers attend the original showing, as we may not be able to accommodate additional showings. Since the unit is tenant occupied, showing opportunities are very limited, and we need to be respectful of the current tenants' privacy by staying within our scheduled showing window.
