Three bedroom and one bath home, renting out one room with a shared bathroom partially furnished, I am a single professional 61 year old female living with my 24 year-old son. We do have two dogs and chickens on a nice size property. I am asking $800 a month with all utilities paid. Will update pictures of the room house and property shortly. If you are handy such as helping out with yardwork, I may consider knocking $200 off. No smoking in the unit, no drugs, no severe alcohol problems
