Tenant agrees to prevent any vehicle they park on the premises from leaking oil, fluids, or other substances onto paved surfaces. Any vehicle found leaking must be removed within 24 hours of notice. Tenant is responsible for all cleanup costs and damage to pavement. Subleasing is not allowed.
