The Snapper Villas is the premier on-campus student housing community for Spoon River College. The Snapper Villas offer semi-furnished units and all utilities included at one fixed price. The Snapper Villas offer individual lease with a roommate matching program. We have shared 2 bedroom 2 bathroom units (4 students per unit, 2 student per bedroom) or 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom private units available (4 students per unit , 1 student per room). Shared kitchen and living room area. Conveniently located next to Spoon River college. We offer a 24 hour gym, clubhouse with tv and pool game tables and a study room with Wi-Fi. There is on site maintenance, 24 emergency phone number, On-site management staff Monday through Friday. The Snapper Villas offers flexible lease terms 5-10 months semester leasing. Each student has their own individual lease. There is a $275 reservation fee when lease is signed and completed. All utilities are included (electric, internet, water, garbage, parking)
