To the southeast, there are million-dollar views of a canyon similar to the Canyon of the Ancients National Monument which is a few miles up the road. The double-wide manufactured home is livable and mostly nice but needs some work to get the power on. Gas fridge and stove and the living room has a wood-burning fireplace stove. Mudroom, not basement 300sq. Solar Panels work the batteries need work! There is a well, but the house is cistern fed which must be refilled. There is a 20 ft shipping container partially buried underground root cellar. Also an abandoned trailer everything is as-is. Also, 2 car standalone garage and workshop are on the property. Many summers were enjoyed here and only recently became no longer able to be enjoyed due to health. We hate to sell the ranch it is fortifiable, hidden, and easy to defend from. It's a great place to build a desert palace overlooking the canyon or a great place to disappear to when the end comes.
