    Young, newly engaged couple looking to rent out spare bedroom in large 870 square-foot condo. Renter will have full access to kitchen, living areas, in-unit laundry, and shared Jack-and-Jill bathroom. MUST LOVE DOGS! We have two small dogs (a Chihuahua and a small Italian greyhound-Aussie mix). The H.O.A. only allows two pets, so this would be a perfect fit for an animal lover with no pets of their own. We are renting from the owner and, therefore, any potential renter will need to be approved by him as well. About us: We are both friendly, easygoing, and nerdy; we would love a roommate that likes to socialize and have community dinners together! We are clean and considerate, and expect that any potential roommate knows how to pick up after themselves and contribute as part of a team effort. We occasionally have people over to drink and play games, but we always try to be considerate of each other and our downstairs neighbors. We come with a Netflix account, Costco Membership Card, and VERY comfy couch! Rent would be $700 plus utilities (internet, electricity, and gas). Renter will have unlimited access to the entire condo (our bedroom excluded). Overnight guests are fine, within reason. We do not have cable and would prefer to keep it that way (too easy to get engrossed). You are more than welcome to have it installed in your bedroom at your own cost. A pool/Jacuzzi key can be purchased from the landlord for an additional $100 (we would be happy to pitch in for this cost, as we have only chosen to wait for the key because we have not had a desire for the pool yet). In sum: *Private room w/ shared Jack-and-Jill bath *IN-UNIT WASHER AND DRYER *Central Air Conditioning *Gas range and oven *Fully furnished common areas (kitchen appliances, cookware, and utensils included) *Entertainment center and gaming consoles in living room *Pretty awesome and responsible roommates ;) Renter will be rooming in spare bedroom; tenants stay in Master. Shared Jack-and-Jill bath. Owner covers water, trash, and sewage via H.O.A. Renter and tenants will all split Internet, Electric, and Gas. H.O.A. allows two pets; however, current tenants already have two small dogs, so the pet limit has been reached.
