Cheerful private furnished bedroom with new queen bed and dedicated bathroom. Use of kitchen, dinning area and family room. We have a nice outside patio with seating, fire pit and above ground pool in summer. The home is tucked in a very quiet, safe neighborhood. Close to freeways, gas stations and Walgreens for those last minute needs, grocery store in 2026 and a park 2 houses down. You're welcome to use any of the common areas and your bathroom will always be stocked with extra towels. No smoking inside, bathroom could be shared at times but not often. Keep it clean though. I can provide use of bedding linens and towels. Stay can be long term, at least a 30 cancelation notice if moving out. Provide reference and income and sign lease.
