Relax in the terraced backyard, soak in the clawfoot tub, or head to some of the trendiest bars and restaurants on Silver Lake Boulevard. Whole Foods is a 15 minute walk away (or 2 min drive). Elysian Park and Griffith Park offer great hikes within minutes and the Silverlake Reservoir is within walking distance for a more leisurely stroll. It is the perfect place to visit great neighborhood bars and restaurants like Semi-Tropic and Salazar and an intimate music venue, Zebulon, within minutes. Our house is available for monthly stays throughout the Summer, so plan to make yourselves at home. This place has everything you could need! We prefer no pets, but we can permit small dogs if they are potty-trained, well-behaved and they ate subject to prior approval. We really love our unique home and we're sure you will too! Owner pays for water and internet. Renter responsible for electricity, gas and trash. Absolutely no smoking inside the house nor outside on the property. Renter may park in the driveway or on the street (plenty of free street parking available). Please do not park on the driveway if your car leaks oil or any other substance.
