It is actually two rooms, with the main room being 150 sq. ft, and an adjoining room, perfect for an office, of 80 sq. ft.. The room has a queen bed, linens, chair, two nightstands, TV, desk and chair and more. The room is perfect for both long-term stays, and for short term stays of three months at a slightly higher rate. Or you can start off with a short-term stay and convert to a long term stay anytime if all agree. We have several rooms here, but all have similar characteristics. One is available now. The room comes complete with a great fiber WiFi network, central air-conditioning and a 32" TV with 100 live channels of YouTube TV. You can also put the YouTube TV app on your phone, tablet or laptop while here. The room shares a full bathroom with just one other person. The room has a lock so you would have a key for that and one for the house, although the house has a keypad key to enter too. There is also a 4 ft x 8 ft lockable storage locker in the garage for each room, provided in your rent. The house has hardwood floors throughout, and has a large fully-equipped kitchen with lots of designated space for your food, two refrigerators with ice makers, a living and dining room, a beautiful covered patio area out back and a back yard. We also have an outdoor barbeque and a shed for your bike. Washer and dryer provided at no cost. We also provide lots of household necessities such as laundry soap, paper towels, etc. We have maid service for the common areas every two weeks. The neighborhood is close-in...on the close-in eastside, just 46 blocks to the river, then cross the bridge and you're downtown. Buses run every 12 minutes. Buses run east and west and north and south. The Division bus features all-door boarding, travel in dedicated transit lanes and has traffic signal priority to keep trips faster. There are shops, restaurants and food carts a few blocks away. The grocery stores are about a mile away. Very safe and quiet and beautiful. We want great people here. Single occupancy. We do not want people with drinking or drug habits. No overnight guests without permission. Smoking is ok outside. We want a safe, quiet, clean, affordable happy house for all to enjoy. Very professionally run...no pets or weird rules. The landlord doesn't live here, but he stops by frequently and is very accommodative. We have all age groups here and are very accommodative to seniors. The rate is $950 a month, all utilities included...with a $500 deposit. This is for stays of three months or longer. If you are just needing a short stay in our city, such as for three months, the rate is $1195 a month. And you can always convert a short stay to a long term stay at the lower rate at any time. We also like to have a background check, done through Zillow here. Parking is on-street and always available. We also have two off-street parking spots for small cars. We don't want any drug use or overuse of alcohol. The two parking spaces are for small cars only. Otherwise, there is plenty of free street parking. No pets please. We have maids who come by every couple weeks who clean the common areas.
