Furnished (except the bed). Refrigerator and microwave in unit. Ideal move in date is second week of November. Rent is $700 monthly. Utilities (gas and electricity) is around $90 to $100 per month. Females only. No pets. Washer and dryer are in the basement and cost $2 per wash ($1 for washing and $1 for drying). 15-minute walk to UIC West campus. 5-minute walk to the blue line. 3-minute walk to 7 bus stop. 7-minute walk to 157 bus stop. Interested persons would have to complete an application and provide proof of funds/income to the landlord. These could be paystubs and bank account deposits for those who are working. For students, student loan information can be provided. Renter is responsible for gas and electric.
