This means: #1) You must make $3000/month in documented household income after taxes; #2) No evictions on your record #3) Stable job history (2+ years) and decent credit. #4) No real bad police record. You did something stupid once, we can talk about details. #5) Upon receipt of a $1075 holding fee, we then take the house off the market. 1st month's rent of $1075 would be due prior to moving in.
