In 2010 we installed a new furnace, new windows and new doors. In 2013 we extended the bathroom into the pantry and the kitchen. We extended the kitchen into the back porch. We transferred the counter top and sink to a new section of the kitchen. We ripped down an exterior wall and put in a sliding glass door. In 2018 we put on brand new roofing on the entire front and back side of the home, minus the left side of the house. in 2018 we hand sanded, stained and sealed all the floors in the entire house. In 2018 we built a new hallway and converted the 2 bedrooms upstairs into 3 bedrooms. There is a fully finished full size basement. A full size attic and an extra large storage room above the kitchen which is fully accessible. This house comes with 2 lots and is one of the largest open combined lots of few in our area. On the 2nd lot we tore down a full size older 2 story cow barn which was built in the 1800s. In 2023 we converted a downstairs room into a 4th bedroom, built an exterior front deck and applied fresh paint to the entire exterior of the home as well.
