The house is also surrounded by 42 pine trees of various sizes plus other desert foliage.This house is located about 8 miles from town. It sits at the base of the Cerbat moutains and has a beautiful veiw of the Haualapi and Music mountains and all of Kingman. I also own the two 5 acre lots directly behind the property. The rear 5 acre lot has a 3 bedroom 2 bath single wide mobil home on it that i rent out but it could be used as a mother in law home.
