I'll start by saying this is a RELET & my wife and I love this apartment and if we weren't leaving the country we would be keeping this place. The price is great for the amount of space and the location. Pros: Pet friendly ($100 Pet fee) Great Layout Water & Heat Included Two Entrances Lots of Windows & Natural Light Close to the Brown, Red, and Blue line TONS of places to eat nearby Easy to get anywhere in the city in 20-30 minutes. On site Laundry High Ceilings No Deposit (Possible Move in fee, I'm double checking with CAGAN, ours was $250) Cons: No central air (We will be leaving an AC unit for you FREE) No Dishwasher Western Ave Construction (We take CTA everywhere so this doesn't effect us) If you'd like to stop by to see the apartment just CALL or TEXT to set up a time. APPLICATION: To apply you will need to fill out a RENTAL APPLICATION for CAGAN REALTY. We have the form and there is a $35 credit check FEE for the 1st applicant and $25.00 for any additional applicants. If my wife and I could get this place, you probably don't have anything to worry about. If the application is approved, CAGAN will set up an appointment with you to sign the lease.
