Best thing about my house is pool area. Re did pool with travertine tile and resurfaced pool. Walking distance to Walmart, Publix, fire station, post office and parks. Nice walking trails near by. 1 mile to 182 exit off 75 Electricity set up in renters name. Renter responsible for putting salt and chlorine in water tanks. 1 Year lease, responsible for maintaining lawn but I have left a lawnmower.
