I have a ground floor appt for rent. Quiet, secluded, off street parking, yard, new fridge, lots of storage space. Looking for a person or couple to share my property who are respectful of the qualities of this unit. No smoking, no pets ( I had it with pets when the snake got lose). located deep in North Park. Easy access to down town or freeways. No laundry on site. Utilities paid. This is month to month (incase things don't work out). Yard is required to be kept clean. As mentioned, this is a non smoking unit. All gates to enter must be kept locked. Wild life does come through day/ night, coyotes, possum, squirrels, etc. I like to watch the Red Shouldered hawks that hunt in the yard.
