The house has a wonderful sun porch to enjoy and a patio that is great for grilling and family functions. All appliances are included, as is most furniture. The house is in a great neighborhood, but you are not so close that you can reach out and touch your neighbor's house. The basement could be used for extra bedrooms and easily studded for an extra bathroom.
