    What's special

AVAILABLE February 24, 2014 Share with me (for one month or more, if we like each other) a luxury, very cozy and super clean 1BD apartment, luxury, hotel like building. I am so busy and work all the time. Also I socialize a lot in week-end! I prefer cosmopolitan roommates, if possible working/interning for the United Nations/professionals but not necessary. I'm a very busy person. I co- founded a not for profit organization with offices near the UN Headquarters, Global Bioethics Initiative. I'm an amiable European, speaking Italian, French, English and more, well travelled. I prefer females as roommates but males should be ok too. The apartment is very beautiful, emanating intimacy and warm atmosphere, quiet & newly furnished, in a great location with wonderful restaurants, bars and the Central Park IS ABOUT 7-8 minutes walking distance. It is a 1BD newly remodeled hotel conditions, 24 hours concierge services, in a Luxury building. A hotel entrance, see pics. Room totally furnished and I'll give you sheets, towels, covers, pots, glasses, plates etc., all are available. The city view (see pics!) is amazing day and night (16th floor)! I look for someone decent to share this lovely space. You can cook, watch TV, and listen to music, go to the gym, etc. Internet and cable services available. I am asking a Deposit refundable of $200. The rent is so reasonable for the conditions offered. You won't find a deal like this in Manhattan, that's for sure. Usually people rent empty rooms in old walk - up buildings for this price. Questions or to view call me anytime, phone Ana : 646 269 0773 or 212 687 3324 (work).
