You would have your own bedroom and bathroom, and access to the kitchen & living room of the condo. I travel A LOT, and will probably not be there at all. I am looking for a quiet person who is neat & clean, and will take care of my things. No parties. Furnished All utilities included (including WiFi) Washer & Dryer Large deck Large kitchen with granite counters Elevator in building 1 parking space (outdoors) Summit Stage bus stop across the street Must work a minimum of 32 hours / week in Summit County Available October 7, 2025. 6-8 month lease. First & last month's rent, along with $1700 deposit upon signing lease. I am slightly flexible with dates. Important HOA Rules: No smoking of anything in the condo.
