All electric. Separate electric meters for various buildings allow renter to establish their own Central Texas Electric Coop account. Rent increase for horse pasture rent. Liability insurance required if you bring your horses or other equines. Shared amenities: Equipment shed, bunkhouse, and insulated barn will be used for owner's maintenance equipment and caretaker. People working for me will be on the property as I need them.
