This is an over 55 community so I must have a person who is over 55 interested in renting it. This is a newly remodeled unit within the last six months. It is near shopping highway and is a gated community. Many swimming pools, restaurants, hot tubs, Pickleballtennis you name it. This would be a year lease requiring you to give me one month notice and availability for showings during that last month. This lease would also have some rules that involve the gated community.
