    What's special

Well-insulated ranch style house with large rooms and crawl space. Many improvements in 2011, including: garage and outside of house painted, gutters put on front of house, roomy wood deck on side of house resealed, asphalt driveway re-coated, and new window screens installed. Gutter guards and new doorknobs / lock sets installed in 2017. Home also has newer roof, newer high efficiency furnace, and newer large gas water heater, newer 2-stage a/c, newer gas stove, and newer garage doors, fire ring in back yard, large clothesline in excellent condition, hardwood floors in living room and smallest bedroom, which could double as a den or office. Neighborhood Description McClure is a small town of about 800 people, with tree-lined streets, and homes on large lots. This home is 1 1/2 blocks from farm ground to the East and West, and a few blocks from farm ground to the North. We have three churches and a nice new library in town, and Napoleon school system has received excellent ratings from the state! It's the kind of community where everybody walks uptown to get their mail at the post office, stops to chitchat with the postmaster and other townsfolk, and picks up a paper and some milk at the corner store. It's a place where people know their neighbors, because they volunteer with them on the EMS or Fire Department. It's a place that holds fundraisers for folks who have a fire or a major illness--a nice, old-fashioned place to live.
