Available immediately Renovated before I moved in in December of '22 with -new AC unit/ducts -new windows (it's been cheap to heat/cool this place) -totally new bathroom -new LVP flooring throughout (zero carpet) -new kitchen (new cabinets, one basin stainless sink and nice faucet, countertops) -new water heater/water line -gravel entertaining space in backyard, new gravel driveway (large, room for 4 cars easily) -new electrical throughout Other features -washer and dryer included -yard crew paid for by owner, no tenant responsibility for lawn care -pest control paid by owner through Lavender Pest, regular preventative treatments -fenced backyard -walking distance to Health Sciences Campus (~10min), Normaltown Strip (~20min). Less than 10min drive to downtown -smaller property management company, they never raised my rent through two renewals (easy renewal process btw) and are always quick about repairs and maintenance, often next day Since I've held this place almost three years at my original rent, it's currently renting for below market value.
