There is a dining room table with seating for 6 inside and a patio set for 4 outside so your group can eat together rain or shine. Renter has use of the boat slip, please ensure you know how to use it. When you depart, make sure it is raised out of the water. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. The first is a master bedroom with a king bed and a full bathroom including a shower. The master bedroom has a small sitting area on the deck for stargazing or morning coffee. The second bedroom has a queen and twin with a full bathroom attached (also open to the hallway) including a tub/shower. Downstairs, there is a 3rd bedroom with a king, a queen sleeper sofa, and another full bathroom with tub/shower. This level has a walkout to the patio with a swing and sitting area as well. Available Oct 15 through April 15th. Winter long term only. Vacation rental resumes in April. No pets, credit check required. Rent includes $200 utility allowance. We do require a 650 or higher Equifax credit score as well as no late payments or missed payments, including medical, in the past 12 months.
