This was originally a summer cabin that has been added onto over the years. From the front it looks like a little cottage. From the back you can see it is much larger. There are fruit-bearing trees, a small pond, a redwood grove, lots of decking and a lovely flight of stone steps along one side of the house. Neighborhood Description Dead-end street with less than a dozen houses, very quiet. Half are owner-occupied. No permanent children. Lots of cats, a few well-behaved dogs. Mucho wildlife - deer, skunk, raccoons, birds, squirrels, etc. Very private, not crowded, lots of redwoods. Entire neighborhood is nice except parts of King's Creek still dubious/noisy.
