There are 2 decks outside for summer bbqs, as well as a porch looking out over the water for morning coffee. The rental has a set cost of utilities of $200/month. Over the weekend we typically go on adventures during the day and are home for dinner at night. We are looking for a respectful and responsible roommate to share a clean and peaceful home. Common spaces stay fairly tidy, and we're looking for a roommate who is mindful of cleanliness and shared spaces. This is a smoke and drug free home, including outside.
