A $200 discount will be given, on the first and last months rent, for tenants who lease for 6 or more consecutive months. A 3 day grace period is granted for monthly rent. After that time a $100 late feel will be charged to the tenant. Upon arrival, house rules will be given to tenants in writing. However, our general rule is to treat our guesthouse with respect as if it were your home.
