(We do not accept all pets. Age, temperament, size, and house training are all considerations. If we do accept a pet, a monthly pet fee of $50 will be required) 1 year lease required with $2000 security deposit. Rental and work references required. We also take our applications through Zillow, which verifies identity, credit, and background checks. Rent to not exceed 25% of proven steady income. Since we have multiple properties, limited time and many inquiries we try to obtain as much information through email as possible. Do you have a good work history, rental history, what is your current situation(are you currently renting, why are you looking to rent? How long are you looking to rent? Etc.) and credit situation. How many occupants? Do you have pets? Also, all of our houses are smoke-free. We are looking for this general information through email.
