The rent includes a parking space. Public transportation (Bus 95, 94, 134) is at the corner. The 3rd bedroom is reserved for owner who may stay occasionally a few times in a year. The condo provides a function room, a gym room at the lower level, also a swimming pool (not heated, open in the summers only) The heating is powered by electricity and Tenant share electricity cost with the roomate.
