We don't have to be best friends but i'd love to grab coffee with you every once in a while at one of the AMAZING coffee shops nearby! A little bit about the place! It's walking distance from the beach and zoo and only minutes from Walgreens, a Lucky's grocery store, and a shopping center with #Adulting places. (i.e. USPS, Wells Fargo, dental office etc) It's in close proximity to some of San Francisco's best coffee shops like Andy Town, Devil's Teeth, and Trouble and only 5 houses away from the L-Taraval Muni Train that will have you Downtown SF in no time! It's also only a 5 min car-ride to Stonestown Mall! The in-law leads to your PRIVATE backyard that is huge! There is a designated parking spot for 1 car only. Now for all the logistical stuff: The rent is $3000/mo and a deposit is required of $3000 = total move-in $6000 Utilities are not included but are usually no more than $80 per person (will be divided enemy amongst tenants) There is no cable, however you are more than welcome to set it up at your own expense.
