I need a housemate to share and care for my home. Safe, quiet, convenient neighborhood. I travel frequently and like my home to remain happily occupied and well cared for. It is divided so that I can get access to the kitchen, if needed, but I have never needed it, and will never need it. My last roommate stayed many, many years. The house is old, but the central air conditioner is new.
Looking for a non-smoker...a trustworthy, honest and decent person. Open to a couple (for $200 more) The kitchen and bathroom are dated, but that will help you get very affordable rent in one of the best neighborhoods in one of the most beautiful cities in the world
